We love 1960's Marvel stuff - the company was so young and (nearly) all it's properties were newly minted and they were making things up fast and furious. There was little merchandising - and what little merchandise there was was mainly mail order. In 1968 via ad pages in their comic books, Marvel marketed two - just two - pillows of their major characters. Spider-man was an obvious choice. Thor would be the other one.
