This listing is for an extremely hard to find Revell 1960 F-100 Airplane Plastic Model Kit Manufacturer: Revell (U.S). Very scarce (and the worlds tiniest kits!). The F-100 Airplane and Nike Missile Type "S" were issued only one time in 1960. They were both issued as part of a get well card from the Merry Manufacturing Company (they were accompanied by a wooden yoyo).  The unfolded card measures 8" x 3" x 1".  Here is a reference only picture of the card in original mailer box - and the backside of the model boxes (advertising the then current Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat and Zoo kits):
