Nice shape - light wear. Strangely, Foulfellow's cane is broken in the card. As we've said, quality controll at Marx was pretty dismal by 1971!

After being introduced in 1961, the Disneykin figures had a nice 10 year run before nearing the end of it's run.  As a last ditch effort, in 1971, Marx released the figures as a set of 48 - sold in six sets of 8 carded figures.  The figures were sort of "themed" and did have a mixture of what were once 1st and 2nd series figures.  It's interesting to note that the 3 Little Pigs FINALLY got a real Big Bad Wolf (Marx had earlier used Brer Fox as a stand in).  Although the quality on these end-run figures suffered, they were only produced for a very short time.  That, coupled with the inherent destructive design of bubble carded packaging, makes still carded examples very scarce today.
