This listing is for a unique
piece of Disney history. The Disney Catalog sold Beauty and The Beast
watches shortly after the release of the animated feature in 1991. The
initial run of watches had too much lead content in their paint - and
Disney issued a complete recall and replacement of the original watches.
This packet contains the original letters, return envelope, and BOTH
watches, the recall and the replacement. While most people returned the
watch, the original owner of this packet kept BOTH. What a unique opportunity
to get both watch versions!
