Hanna-Barbera Kellog News Sweet Eatin' Five Huck Tony Quick Draw Snaggle 1963

Listing is for a Hanna-Barbera Kellog News Sweet Eatin' Five Huck Tony Quick Draw Snaggle 1963.

Incredibly scarce - just TRY to find another copy - or any really. Internal newsletter/magazine meant solely for internal company distribution. 16 pages of company info - including job promotions/changes, retirees, product performance, internal contests, etc. What makes this issue particularly special is the highlighting of their "Pre-Sweets" line - including popular Hanna Barbera characters. At a time when the inclusion of the word "SUGAR" was a sales bonus that adorned many of the cereal box titles - my, have times changed! - the "Sweet Eatin' Five" promotion ran at least 3 years - possibly much more. The cover bears probably the first mention of the five pre-sweetened cereals - and features the mascots of Kellogg's cereals - Huckleberry Hound, Tony the Tiger, Quick Draw McGraw and Snagglepuss and Sugar Pops Pete - with boxes of their respective cereals bouncing through air - off either a hand, butt, or head - towards a basketball hoop with the slogan "Kellogg's Sweet Eatin' Five - Winners Every Time!".
