FACTORY SEALED. I know…this is a tough one. The box could easily be squared back out - if one wanted to remove the FACTORY cello. But we just won't do that. Box would be nice if not for the continued shrinkage of the cello. Cello does have a few splits. Leave as-is, or open and square back up…..leaving that up to the future owner!

Hunt.
As the late 1960s progressed and the war in Viet Nam saw more and more
local protesting, GI Joe had to transition from his military beginnings to
survive. He became an "adventurer" - exploring and conquering the sea, the
jungle, the desert, and even space. And even dangerous situations in
the 'concrete jungle'. After the initial and short-lived 1969
transition series, the adventures of GI Joe were told. There were at
least 30 different adventures put out. This is one of them:
White Tiger Hunt.
This is the first version, circa 1970 - with "rubber" camp fire!
The 1st issue set had the green and orange tent with metal poles. The
first issue also had the rubber safari hat (similar to the 1967 Australia
Soldier of the World hat) - late issues would include a pith helmet.
