Addams Family 1991 Movie Theater Promo
Packet Charles Addams
Given out in 1991 to promote the popular Addams Family movie (itself
based upon the 1960s TV show which was based upon the popular Charles
Addams drawings from the 40s and 50s). This was given to prospective
licensees during the release of "Addams Family Values". The packet is basically
a folder and it measures roughly 9" x 12". We're not sure if all packets
contained the same items, but this one contains:
Pamphlet - large thick stock pamphlet that closes to show an empty,
fancy entrance hall to a large mansion. When the side flaps are opened,
one is presented to the cast of characters - with a brief blurb that
introduces them. On the reverse, is a cast photo.
Thing hand, x2 - cool, interesting giveaway where you put your fingers
through the holes so you can maneuver and become "Thing". The reverse
shows the movie title logo along with the blurb "It's not the same old
thing". And the release date of the movie "November 22".
