Extremely scarce paint fade variant. If we had him attached to a body, you'd wonder what the heck was going on. But there's a tiny hint of blue remaining at the post/neck base. We've seen hundreds and hundreds of Dr Evil's over the decades - and never any with paint fade. This one makes a great example as the color is consistent throughout. Listing..
