Top right corner torn off - most likely a price tag area that was removed. Bubble has small denting and wear. ONLY example we've seen or heard of. Other than a Rocky example - this is just one of only two we know to exist in this series!..

Incredibly scarce piece of Jay Ward Bullwinkle memorabilia! We weren't even aware of their existence till we found these. Subsequently, we did research and found only one other example. You'll be hard pressed to find another. One of the cards has some water damage - but is intact with the very fragile vacuform ramp on the rear!..
