Shipping. Returns, & Import Fees Policy
We have an "exact" shipping/insurance policy. Items placed via our website directly have "live" shipping charges which are fed directly (and at the time of purchase) from the USPS site. Items sold via other avenues (ie not our web site) are charged estimates to be paid at the time of purchase. Due to the complexity and uniqueness every shipment represents, we estimate costs prior to packing and will refund any difference above $1.
Domestically, we ship mainly USPS (but will ship UPS on rare occasions). If you have need to ship via another carrier please contact us.
International Buyers:
Your
business is important and valuable to us. We will
charge exact
shipping. We do, however, insist that you pay by using a credit
card or
express mail international money order or cash in US dollars (of
course, we
cannot be responsible for loss). Payment must be received within
10 days. NOTE: We are NOT responsible for taxes, duties, import
fees charged by the individual countries). Please be sure to know
your own country's import fees as you, the buyer, are responsible for
them.
Returns Policy
Yes, we do accept returns! For any reason. None of this "your loss" attitude of many sellers. However, unfortunately, some people will take advantage and play games. So, here is the specific return rules:Please alert us that you wish to return the item. The item must be postmarked back to us within 5 days of receipt and in the exact condition it was sent out it. Refunds fall into the following categories:
Regular purchases - 100% refund of purchase price.
Specials/Sales - sale price less 15% restocking fee or $10 whichever is greater.
As-Is/Clearance lots - sorry, these are special lots and we do NOT accept returns on these.
