In the late 1950's, the Three Stooges gained a whole new generation of followers - thanks to some little ole invention known as the television set.  Reruns of the classic Stooge shorts of the 1930's and 40's were now shown.  With the new found interest in everything "stooge," a slew of merchandise took place.  With none of the foresight of the youngsters today ("save that, Johnny, and when you grow up you'll be able to pay for your college"), not many of these gems exist today.
