Peanuts Schmid Music Box Musical 1972 Snoopy Ferris Whl

Item History (General)[Show/Hide]

Peanuts Schmid Music Box Musical 1972 Snoopy Ferris Wheel

In the late 1960's through the mid 1970s, Charles Schultz' Peanuts gang enjoyed a level of popularity and mass marketing that'd be hard for anything else to come close to matching, much less beating. Of all the items released bearing the likeness of the Peanuts characters, this is one of the scarcest. This is a SCARCE musical ferris wheel bank made by SCHMID in 1972. The ferris wheel has Charlie, Lucy, Linus, Peppermint Patty, Woodstock and, the scarcely seen, Franklin! This is the only musical made by SCHMID that had the Franklin character. The background has a larger Snoopy and Charlie Brown. As you put in a coin, the ferris wheel roates round!!!! It plays the song "Spinning Wheel." Measures about 6¾" tall x 6¼" wide x 3¾" deep. There's lots of Peanuts musicals out there - this is one you rarely see.

Item Condition (Specific)
