Gabriel Marx Hubley Lone Ranger Store Display Tonto RARE

Item History (General)[Show/Hide]

This is from the Lone Ranger series released by "different" toy companies throughout the world - Gabriel, Hubley, and Marx - and was released in 1973.

While the figures and accessories seem to be consistent, the packaging is marked Gabriel, Hubley or more commonly Marx. Apparently, the Gabriel/Hubley line was sold in the United States. Later, Marx took over the line overseas.

This is a rare store display - originally meant to be displayed in a toy store window or end cap. Being that these were meant solely for stores and then most were used and disgarded, the display is rare indeed.

Size of display is 26 3/4" wide x 34" tal - at it's longest pointsl. It's made of thick gauge cardboard. This particular display depicts Tonto for it's main image.

Item Condition (Specific)

All that's present is what you see. We suppose it had some type of easel back to set it up on - this is long gone. It's designed in a horizontal tri-fold pattern. In real nice shape with just the lightest wear. Displays great!
