This is Barbie doll's Celebrity friend JULIA. She is Nurse Julia based on the character played in the TV series by the Diahann Carroll in the late 1960s. Unfortunately, the dye Mattel used causes the greatest majority of Julia's to have her hair change color to a maroon red.
