Layaway Policy

We will work with you on layaway requests to the very best of our ability.

Layaway Policy:

Layaway items will be put on "layaway" the day your order is placed. The layaway service will be for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days. An initial one forth (1/4) down payment is expected within 7 calendar days of your request. Future layaway payments are due in 1/3 amounts, each 30 days - payments will including shipping fees and 8.25% CA sales tax (on orders shipped to California - or supply us with a valid CA resale number).  Payments may be made via check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, etc...

Layaway Example:

Initial layaway request received April 1, in the amount of $300.00 plus $10.00 shipping charge plus $5.00 sales tax (on orders to California) for a total layaway amount of $315.00

$78.75 down payment received no later than April 8.

Second payment of $78.75 received no later than May 1.

Third payment of $78.75 received no later than May 31.

Forth and the final payment, including shipping charges and 5% sales tax (on orders to California - or supply us with valid CA resale number) of $78.75 received no later than June 30.

PLEASE NOTE AND READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!!

Failure of buyer to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of all payments and the merchandise will become available for others to purchase.

The buyer may, of course, make payments towards their purchase at any time within the contract period, and as soon as the item is paid for it will be shipped.

There are absolutely NO returns on layaway items.

Please read and understand this policy. A buyer failure to make timely payments on layaway items will result in the forfeiture of any payments made! There will be NO exceptions to this policy!  (We hate to do it, but deadbeat buyers have made it necessary).
